The travel day

Your day, in the order it happens.

From last night's sleep to your first morning in a new city, the plan follows the day you'll actually have: on the ground, in the air, and after you land.

Takeoff and landing, marked

Everything between the two happens in the air, with what to do on a plane.

Sleep on the plane

When the flight crosses your new night, the plan shows the hours to sleep, in the destination's time.

Both clocks, always

Every time reads in your home city and your destination, so nothing needs converting in your head.

How the plan works

Light is what moves your body clock.

Light is the strongest signal your body clock responds to. Your plan places light where it helps and asks you to avoid it where it would pull the wrong way. Sleep, meals and caffeine are timed around it, a step each day.

Melatonin timing is shown for information only.

The honest version

Do it yourself, or have it built for you.

The guide

Quick answers

Questions

Does it work going west?

Tell JetLag Reset where you're flying. It builds a day-by-day plan for light, sleep, meals and caffeine, timed to where you're going, and shows you the one thing to do next. Your body clock runs a little longer than 24 hours, so left alone it drifts later. Flying west asks it to go later, which suits that drift. Going west tends to feel easier than going east.

Do I need an account?

No account, no tracking, nothing sent to our servers. JetLag Reset is free during our launch period.

Is melatonin part of the plan?

Melatonin timing is shown for information only. We do not recommend a dose. Ask a clinician or pharmacist, especially if you take other medicines.

Can I use it for my child?

JetLag Reset is built for adult travelers: the sleep timing, and any melatonin or caffeine guidance, aren't calculated with a child's needs in mind. If you're traveling with a child, your own plan can still help you manage the trip, and it's worth checking with your pediatrician for guidance specific to your child's age.

Does it work offline?

Your whole plan is on your phone, in the air and on the ground. It stays on your phone and works offline.
